Your Emotions are the Key

Why we just need to observe and accept our emotions in silence

One of the things I love most about Hypnosis is that it’s not just another tool, that is trying to force you to do or be anything, which you’re not already.

So many tools, even Meditation always tell you to DO something and BE someone (other than you already are). “Repeat those affirmations, imagine you feel the love in your heart” and so on. What I find wrong here, is that these inputs are not coming from YOU - they’re introduced by someone else.

Hypnotherapy, on the other hand, works with what is already there - existing within you. In stillness, you go inwards, scanning your body for its feelings and sensations. Whenever you sense something, that is feeling slightly misaligned, you simply focus your attention on it. Just observing the feeling, “sitting with it”, no judgement, no interpretation, no force. Just observance and acceptance. Staying open for whatever wants to show up, any thoughts, visuals, feelings - while just letting them come and go. That’s all that is needed for profound change and healing in the first step. And believe me by doing that, you are already 80% there.
